About Me

Body Balance Sports Massage is run by Richard Ingram and is based on Elvetham Heath in Fleet.

I am a BTEC Level 5 Remedial Sports Massage & Soft Tissue Therapist and trained at the North London School of Sports Massage (NLSSM).

I am able to support clients fully due to my Injury Rehabilitation knowledge. I can help with recent or old injuries that don't seem to be recovering properly or fully.

I have also completed a specialist ‘Pregnancy and Post Natal Massage & Remedial Therapy’ course through Burrell Education, and am able to offer massage to help you with your prenatal/postnatal stress, and muscular aches and pains carefully and safely. I also feel that the techniques used from Sports Massage can be beneficially used during and after pregnancy.

I strongly believe that everyone can benefit from Sports Massage & Soft Tissue Therapy, not just sports people due to the massage and advanced techniques that are used.

As everyone is different, each session is different and is tailored to your individual needs. The treatment sessions can help relieve the many day to day problems, recent injuries, old injuries, repetitive strain injury, sprains, strains, tension or fatigue that many people experience. The techniques that are used are controlled and effective.

Over the years, I have taken part in a wide range of sports most notably the Millennium Round the World Yacht Race in 1999.

In my spare time I enjoy cycling, golf and trying to keep up with my two kids and the dog.

I am a member of the Sports Massage Association (SMA) to ensure that I have met the required standard to provide the best possible Sports Massage & Soft Tissue Therapy to sports people and non sports people.
